Position: FO Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk, including check_in, check_out, and guest services.
- Train, mentor, and schedule Front Desk Agents.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure all billing and cashiering procedures are followed accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office operations, with some supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem_solving abilities and a guest_centric mindset.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
