Position: CDP Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pastry section of the kitchen.
• Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, bread, and baked goods.
• Develop new and exciting pastry menu items.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and artistic presentation of all pastry items.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
• Good communication skills, Highly motivated, Creative, Innovative with results & guest oriented.
• Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie Pastry or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
