Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire hotel operations during the assigned shift, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Handle all escalated guest complaints, emergencies, and security issues.
- Support the Front Office team and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular walk_throughs of the hotel to ensure standards are met.
- Prepare and submit shift reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3_4 years of experience in hotel operations, with significant time in Front Office leadership.
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
- Exceptional problem_solving, decision_making, and crisis management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- In_depth knowledge of hotel PMS and general hotel operations.
- High level of professionalism and composure.
