Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check_in and check_out procedures efficiently and courteously.
- Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests.
- Manage guest billing and process payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar guest_facing role.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
- Strong multitasking and problem_solving abilities.
- Professional appearance.
