Position: Guest Service Center Agent
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central communication point for all guest requests (e.g., “At Your Service”).
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professional etiquette.
- Log and track guest requests in the system, ensuring timely follow_up.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
- Manage wake_up calls and provide general information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel operator, call center agent, or in Front Office.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- A clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with PABX systems and hotel PMS.
- Guest_oriented and highly organized.
