Position: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel’s procurement department and purchasing strategies.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
• Oversee the processing of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Implement and manage inventory control and cost_control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Good personality and appearance.
• Hard worker, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving.
