Position: Assistant Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in managing all aspects of the hotel’s maintenance and engineering operations.
• Supervise the engineering team and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all hotel facilities.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and energy conservation efforts.
• Assist in managing the department’s budget and inventory of parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Good personality and appearance.
• Hard worker, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and electrical.
