Position: Restaurant & BAR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant and bar outlets.
• Develop and implement service standards to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Train, schedule, and motivate the F&B service team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, and assist in menu development.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in the same field for at least one years.
• Have good leadership and result oriented.
• Highly motivated, energetic with a winning personality.
• Good communication skill and Positive attitude.
• Familiar with hotel system (e.g., POS).
• Strong knowledge of F&B service, mixology, and wine.
• Proven ability to manage costs and drive revenue.
