Position: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire finance and accounting department of the hotel.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and management team.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and Accor standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3_5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC in a hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in hotel financial systems (e.g., Accor systems, VHP, etc.).
• In_depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
