Position: Sales Manager FIT (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key corporate accounts to drive FIT (Free Independent Traveler) business.
• Proactively solicit new corporate accounts and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the corporate segment.
• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and client entertainment.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the corporate FIT market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a 5 star hotel, focusing on the corporate segment.
• Strong network of corporate clients in Jakarta.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Results driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in hotel sales systems, such as Opera S&C.
• Dynamic, persistent, and well organized.
• Fluent in English.
