Position: FB Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of an F&B outlet (restaurant or bar).
• Train, mentor, and motivate F&B service staff.
• Ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior F&B Captain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, wine, and spirits.
• Guest focused with a positive attitude.
• Problem solving abilities.
