Position: Assistant Head Butler (25169236)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Butler in leading, training, and managing the team of Butlers.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service to all resort guests.
• Oversee daily butler operations, including shift briefings, station assignments, and quality checks.
• Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests, coordinating with all departments.
• Act as a key point of contact for guest feedback and service recovery.
• Support the Head Butler in administrative tasks, including rostering and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a senior Butler or Butler Supervisor role within a 5star luxury villa or resort.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest relations abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for flawless service.
• Fluent in English. Other languages are a significant asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and act proactively.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a composed demeanor.
