Position: Guest Experience Expert (Receptionist) (25169222)

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, authentic, and sophisticated welcome and departure experience for all guests.
• Perform all checkin, checkout, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally.
• Manage room assignments, guest folios, and process payments.
• Provide guests with comprehensive information about the resort and Labuan Bajo.
• Collaborate with the Butler and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Guest Service Agent in a 5star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Professional appearance and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
