Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest checkin and checkout procedures efficiently and with a high standard of service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5star hotel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
