Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest checkin and checkout procedures efficiently and with a high standard of service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5star hotel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong problemsolving skills.
