Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Housekeeping Attendants, assigning daily tasks and work areas.
• Inspect cleaned guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet resort standards.
• Train and coach room attendants on proper cleaning techniques and service standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Engineering department.
• Manage lost and found items according to hotel procedure.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and chemical usage.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software is a plus.
