Position: Order Taker

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process all incoming calls to the Housekeeping department.
• Coordinate and dispatch guest requests (e.g., extra amenities, cleaning) to the appropriate attendants.
• Log all requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the housekeeping key control system and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as updating room statuses in the PMS.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar coordination role (e.g., Front Office Agent).
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using computers and hotel management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
