Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants and public area attendants.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Report maintenance issues and handle guest requests promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with PMS for room status updates.
