Position: Order Taker (Apprentice)
Responsibilities:
- Receive and record guest requests and complaints via phone.
- Dispatch tasks to housekeeping attendants promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of all calls and requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Ensure excellent telephone etiquette and guest service.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality student or recent graduate.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
