JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.
Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.
Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening setup of the Housekeeping department, including all rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Develop and implement cleaning standards, procedures, and training programs.
- Recruit, train, and manage the entire housekeeping and laundry team.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory of supplies, linens, and uniforms.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury resort.
- Pre-opening experience is highly required.
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Expertise in managing budgets, costs, and inventory.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality.
