Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspect the work of room attendants and public area attendants.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff members.
  • Manage the distribution and inventory of cleaning supplies and linens for the assigned section.
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with guest requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year as a supervisor or team leader.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
  • Positive attitude and team spirited.
  • Experience with hotel PMS for room status updates.
