Position: Asst. Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing all aspects of the Housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
  • Control departmental expenses, including supplies, linen, and labor costs.
  • Oversee inventory management for all housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS and housekeeping management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other departments.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
