Position: Gardener Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the gardening team in all aspects of landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, and pest control.
- Ensure all resort grounds, gardens, and green areas are maintained to the highest aesthetic standards.
- Develop and implement a schedule for watering, fertilizing, and seasonal planting.
- Manage inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Train staff on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in horticulture or landscaping, preferably in a hotel or large resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of local plant species, soil, and pest control methods.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
