Position: Gardener Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the gardening team in all aspects of landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, and pest control.
  • Ensure all resort grounds, gardens, and green areas are maintained to the highest aesthetic standards.
  • Develop and implement a schedule for watering, fertilizing, and seasonal planting.
  • Manage inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train staff on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in horticulture or landscaping, preferably in a hotel or large resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local plant species, soil, and pest control methods.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Certification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
