Position: Landscape Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and development of all resort landscapes, gardens, and grounds.
- Develop and manage irrigation, planting, and pest control programs in line with Six Senses’ sustainability commitments.
- Lead and supervise the gardening team, managing schedules and inventory.
- Ensure the aesthetic appeal and biological health of the entire outdoor environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscape Manager or Supervisor in a large resort or botanical garden.
- Strong knowledge of tropical horticulture, indigenous plants, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale budgets and projects.
- Relevant D3/S1 degree in Horticulture or Agriculture.
