Position: Human Capital Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in the HRIS.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist with employee relations, addressing queries and grievances.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in a hotel.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Must be ableto handle confidential information with integrity.
