Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of a specific restaurant or bar outlet.
• Assist in training and coaching service staff on standards and upselling techniques.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle any complaints effectively.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Monitor inventory of beverages and supplies for the outlet.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant or bar operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Guest oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to motivate a team and work under pressure.
• Familiar with POS systems.
