Position: Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high quality service and beverage preparation.
• Supervise, train, and schedule bartenders and barbacks.
• Manage bar inventory, conduct stocktakes, and assist with ordering.
• Create new cocktail recipes and maintain beverage menus.
• Ensure the bar is clean, well stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a high volume, upscale bar.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee.
• Strong leadership and team training skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and POS systems.
• Creative and passionate about mixology.
• Fluent in English.
