Position: Food & Beverage Captain

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Waiters and Waitresses during service.
• Take guest orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure order accuracy.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle guest billing and payments.
• Assist the supervisor in training new staff and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior Waiter or F&B Captain in a fine dining or luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service sequences.
• Excellent communication, upselling, and guest service skills.
• Leadership potential and ability to guide a small team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with POS systems.
