Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations, including multiple kitchens and dining outlets.
• Develop innovative menus, ensure food quality, and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and oversee inventory and procurement.
• Train, mentor, and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a large, upscale hotel.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a strong background in menu development and cost control.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.
• In depth knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
• Creative, passionate, and able to perform under pressure.
• Diploma or degree from a recognized culinary institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
