Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Morimoto

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Morimoto Japanese restaurant.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service and adherence to fine dining etiquette and standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to perform at their best.
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries to optimize the dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, dining etiquette, and service standards.
• Proven excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Japanese language is a strong advantage.
• Committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Well groomed with a professional and positive attitude.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
