Position: Cluster Director of Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic business leader for the Food & Beverage operations of both properties.
  • Develop and implement Food & Beverage strategies to drive departmental financial performance.
  • Oversee and manage departmental budgeting and financial planning.
  • Provide strong leadership to the F&B team, ensuring excellent time management and organization.
  • Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to maintaining and elevating brand and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a renowned or luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent time management.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic business leader for the property’s Food & Beverage operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining brand and service standards.
  • Solid experience in developing and implementing Food & Beverage strategies, budgeting, and driving departmental financial performance.
