Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Manage F&B budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a large scale hotel.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• In depth knowledge of F&B trends, restaurant operations, and banquet management.
• Exceptional guest service and problem solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands on management style.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
