Position: Sales Manager – Wedding & Social Event
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for wedding and social events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase event facilities.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Collaborate with F&B and Banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in weddings and social events within a hotel.
- Strong network of local event planners and vendors in Bandung.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative, detail oriented, and passionate about event planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in hotel sales software and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
