Position: Sales Manager – Wedding & Social Event

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for wedding and social events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase event facilities.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Collaborate with F&B and Banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager specializing in weddings and social events within a hotel.
• Strong network of local event planners and vendors in Bandung.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Creative, detail oriented, and passionate about event planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in hotel sales software and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
