Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bar, and banquets.
• Ensure high standards of food and service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Help manage F&B cost control, inventory, and procurement.
• Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff to enhance performance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in F&B management or a supervisory role in a large hotel.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Guest oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in F&B management software and MS Office.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
