Position: Assistant Restaurant & Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants and banquet functions.
• Supervise restaurant and banquet staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and sales teams for seamless event execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hotel F&B, specifically restaurant and banquets.
• Strong understanding of service standards and banquet operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Guest focused with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in POS systems and MS Office.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
