Position: Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workstation.
- Assist in food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation.
- Ensure all food is stored and handled in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Cook) in an hotel.
- Hardwork & detail oriented.
- Willing to be placement at IKN (Kalimantan Timur).
- Able to join IMMEDIATELY.
- Especially domicile at Kalimantan area.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
