Position: Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standard recipes and quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workstation.
• Assist in food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation.
• Ensure all food is stored and handled in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Cook) in an hotel.
• Hardwork & detail oriented.
• Willing to be placement at IKN (Kalimantan Timur).
• Able to join IMMEDIATELY.
• Especially domicile at Kalimantan area.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
