Position: Asst. Sales Manager (Wedding & Social Event)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all sales inquiries for weddings, social events, and other celebrations.
• Coordinate with clients from the initial inquiry phase through to event execution.
• Collaborate closely with F&B and Banquet teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Develop creative event proposals and customized packages to attract new clients.
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies for the social event market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales, specializing in wedding or social events.
• Strong organizational and detailed event planning skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and event design.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in English.
• Familiar with the Bandung wedding and event market.
