Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform check in and check out procedures for all guests efficiently and cordially.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
• Process payments accurately and maintain guest folios.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Guest oriented mindset with a friendly and professional appearance.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
