Position: Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on the menu.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel or high volume coffee shop.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and latte art.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
