Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, from planning to execution.
- Lead and manage the banquet team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, and culinary teams to ensure event success.
- Manage banquet budget, inventory, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet operations management, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
- Excellent event planning and organizational abilities.
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Passionate hotelier with a dynamic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced pre-opening environment.
