Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, from planning to execution.
  • Lead and manage the banquet team to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales, and culinary teams to ensure event success.
  • Manage banquet budget, inventory, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in banquet operations management, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent event planning and organizational abilities.
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Passionate hotelier with a dynamic and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced pre-opening environment.
