Position: Banquet Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet events.
• Assist the Banquet Operations Manager in daily operations.
• Train and guide banquet staff to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team.
• Address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly during events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet or F&B supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate the banquet team.
• Passionate hotelier and a proactive team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
