Position: Banquet Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet events.
- Assist the Banquet Operations Manager in daily operations.
- Train and guide banquet staff to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with the team.
- Address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly during events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet or F&B supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to motivate and coordinate the banquet team.
- Passionate hotelier and a proactive team player.
- Willing to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
