Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned market segments.
• Proactively solicit new business and manage key accounts to build long term relationships.
• Negotiate contracts for rooms, MICE, and other hotel services.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and sales missions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong network of clients in the corporate or government segment is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Target driven, positive attitude, and outgoing personality.
