Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and in room dining.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and manage F&B service and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Proven track record in F&B management
