Position: Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Manage and train the in house security team and third party guards.
• Oversee surveillance systems and access control.
• Conduct regular security patrols and risk assessments of the property.
• Investigate and report all security incidents, accidents, or thefts.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Certified in security management or Gada Utama is preferred
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
