Position: Security Leader or Danru

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the security team during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate security operations, including patrols, access control, and surveillance.
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Train security guards on procedures, emergency response, and guest interaction.
• Submit daily shift reports and incident reports to security management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Must possess a valid Gada Madya certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills.
• In depth knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency protocols.
• Physically fit and able to handle stressful situations.
• Previous military or police background is an advantage.
• Good command of English is a plus.
