Position: Security Leader or Danru
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the security team during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate security operations, including patrols, access control, and surveillance.
- Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Train security guards on procedures, emergency response, and guest interaction.
- Submit daily shift reports and incident reports to security management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Must possess a valid Gada Madya certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills.
- In depth knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency protocols.
- Physically fit and able to handle stressful situations.
- Previous military or police background is an advantage.
- Good command of English is a plus.
