Position: Security Guard

Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Control access to the property, verifying credentials of visitors and suppliers.
• Respond to incidents, such as disturbances or medical emergencies, and report them.
• Provide assistance and directions to guests in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Gada Pratama certification.
• Previous experience as a security guard, hotel security is highly preferred.
• Alert, observant, and physically fit.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
