Position: Security Guard
Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Control access to the property, verifying credentials of visitors and suppliers.
- Respond to incidents, such as disturbances or medical emergencies, and report them.
- Provide assistance and directions to guests in a courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Gada Pratama certification.
- Previous experience as a security guard, hotel security is highly preferred.
- Alert, observant, and physically fit.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
