Position: Assistant Chief Security / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Security in managing daily security operations.
• Supervise and schedule the security guard team.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems.
• Respond to and manage any security incidents or emergencies.
• Train security staff on hotel policies and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, and energetic personality.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Able to join immediately.
• Must possess a valid Gada Madya certification.
• Strong leadership and incident management skills.
