Qualifications:
- Background in security management, preferably in hospitality
- Certified security training and knowledge of safety protocols
- Leadership skills to manage a security team
- Ability to handle emergency situations in a remote area
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical fitness and alertness
- Commitment to guest safety and property protection
