Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, acting as the manager on duty.
• Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Support the Front Office team with check in, check out, and reservations.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian Citizen
• Relevant experience in the applied position is preferred
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
