Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage all front desk operations, including guest check in and check out.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Smart, multitasking, and loves delivering outstanding guest experience with a smile.
• Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
